Wanted to try out a local conveyor belt sushi place so we went over to the Mall of America on a Wednesday night to check out Kura Revolving Sushi. The sushi train had a lot of variety and seemed to come out at a good pace. We really liked that you could order from the table anything on the menu and it came out on a special level delivered straight to your table. The screen was a little difficult to reach, but you could also scan a QR code and order right from your phone. Drinks were delivered by a robot (pretty cool!) even though I didn’t get a photo. After dinner we hit up the Mr. Waffle Dessert for a sweet treat on the way back to the car. A bit of a wait, but worth it! Really liked the bubble waffle. You were able to pull off little sections of the bubbles and eat them with your fingers. Would definitely recommend it!
