Well, for our first real post, we found ourselves going to the U of M hospital for a checkup for Nik. While we were waiting between tests and a Dr. appointment, we found a really nice Cafe inside the medical building near the University of Minnesota campus. We were pleasantly surprised that they were frying up eggs and bacon for fresh breakfast sandwiches that were really awesome! A very pleasant surprise in an unexpected location. This little cafe doesn’t have a website or any other advertising that we could see, so enjoy it if you are ever in the area. It’s located at 909 Fulton St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414.
